Join us at the kitchen table or take part in a cooking course in the Rosenhof cooking studio.
Set aside some vacation time to discover the true joys of cooking. Simply take a seat at the kitchen table and watch and learn as the pros go about their business. Or, you can sign up for a cooking course for the entire family. We especially enjoy teaching the young chefs of tomorrow and they can actually take part in preparing an evening meal for the children at Rosenhof. In addition, we’re constantly adding to our cookbook collection at the Rosenhof cooking studio. We’re always happy to take on cookbooks from our guests.

Children’s Cooking Course with Iris Schaidnagel, of the “Rattenscharf” Children’s Cooking School
For youngsters aged seven and older. Iris and the kids prepare a delicious three-course meal and as they do so, the group learns about vitamins, minerals, sugar and much more.

At the Kitchen Table with Nadine
The kids take part in preparing an amazing fresh fruit salad, using almost anything they can find in the big kitchen cooler. Baking is also on the schedule with such delicacies as Pigs in a Blanket or an oversized pizza!  Children of all ages will get a kick out making a sweetbread likeness of Bartli the Dwarf.

Cooking Course with Chef Gerd Diezel or Confectioner Nadine
Here’s your chance to learn some Alpine specialties such as cheese dumplings, tempting desserts and marzipan figurines for your next birthday cake…
