• A dream come true! The Rosentraum suite

In the Rosentraum suite in the Bergkristall cottage you will find approx. 130m² of elegant shelter from everyday life and comfort right down to the last detail!

Two double rooms (an additional bed or child´s bed is available), a children´s room, cosy and warm living room with day bed, tile stove, 2x TV´s, bathroom with jacuzzi, double wash basins, wellness shower with Finnish sauna, two seperate WC´s, kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine fridge, kettle, filter coffee machine, Melitta pad coffee machine, tableware, glasses, kitchen towels, cleaning products, cookware, balcony and terrace provide the dreamlike view in all directions of the natural scenery of the Kleinwalsertal mountains.

Ideally suited for 4-5 people. If you use the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accomodae up to 7 people. Non-smokers, no pets!

• The Rosenkönigin suite in the Bergkristall cottage

The new "Rosenkönigin suite" is a dream living area: with 150m² livng area, it is ideal for families and connoisseurs. 2 bedrooms, living room with dining table, fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine frigde, kettle, filter coffee machine, tableware, glasses, kitchen towels, cleaning products, and cookware. A cosy living room, spacious bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, separate WC, Physiotherm infrared cabin and a wellness conservatory with hammock chairs to relax in.

Ideally suited for 4 people. If you use the sofa beds in the bedrooms it can accomodate up to 6 people. Non-smokers, no pets!

• The Rosenkavalier suite in the Bergrose cottage (approx. 80 meters away from the main house)

The Rosenkavalier suite with 70m² is fitted with two double bedrooms, small children´s room, living room with tile stove and day bed, TV, bathroom with shower/WC, separate WC, kitchenette with electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, tableware, glasses, cookware, cleaning products and balcony.

The apartement has cosy cottage furniture and is ideally suited for 3-5 people. If you use the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accommodate 7 people.

• The Ifen suite in the Huesle (approx. 60 meters away from the main house)

The Ifen suite is situated on the ground floor of the Rosenhof-Huesle. It has an area of approx. 50m², a bedroom, living room with cosy tile stove and day bed, children´s room, kitchenette with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, tableware, glasses, kitchen towels, cleaning products, bath, separate WC.

The suite is fitted with comfortable cottage furniture. Ideally suited for 2-4 people. If you use the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accomodate up to 6 people.

• Arrival and Departure any day of the week
• Minimum stay of 7days
• Suites available after 3PM
• Checkout by 10AM

Down Payment: We require a Euro 300 down payment within 10 days of confirmation of your reservation. If the down payment isn’t received within 14 days, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.

Pets: Euro 6 – 12.  Only in the Rosenkavalier and Ifen suites.

We reserve the right to alter tariffs.
